Hampton Inn & Suites Asheville Biltmore Area

We were on our way from SC back to OH and somehow the Embassy Suite reservation didn't take when booking online. We stopped around 9PM on Saturday and Nate at the front desk took care of the problem and got us all set. The suite was perfect for all of us, we hit the pool for 30 mins before bed and it was amazing. Breakfast was good as usual per Hampton Inn standards....strawberry waffle mix was new to us. Rooms were clean and the hotel itself looked fairly new and updated. We will make sure to hit this one up when travelining through again sometime.

I would not hesitate to rebook at the Hampton Inn and Suites Asheville Biltmore Area on Brevard Rd. The hotel has a nice gathering area with breakfast in the morning and a bar with beer taps and wine for evening socialization. Every area is clean and well maintained. And the staff is friendly and helpful. I would recommend to anyone who asks where to stay when visiting the NC Arboretum.

A weekend getaway for the wife's birthday started great with a handwritten note & a bar of chocolate! All of the staff have been warm, welcoming, & personable!

Darrell was excellent. He was friendly and helpful. The staff in general was helpful too. My only negative during my stay was the breakfast bar. They were so cheap! No fruit, no yogurt, no pastries. This was at 6:30 am.So, don't count on breakfast here.

This is a very clean, modern Hampton Inn very close to many things in Asheville. We brought the kids here to see the lights at the Arboretum for New Year’s Eve. Clean rooms, great pool that the kids loved, and I personally love the fitness center, which has really new equipment. Only negative was breakfast was totally out of several things, including oatmeal and muffins and it was supposed to be served until 10 AM and at 9:20 when we asked, they just told us they didn’t have any more. Kind of ehhhh for a New Years morning. Either way still a great hotel and I would stay here for work and I plan to in the future.

Clean. Comfortable, quiet room. Breakfast was just “OK”. I was “on the fence” giving our experience there either “4” or “5” stars, but TAMMIE at the front desk was just outstanding - exceptionally service-minded, and she tipped my review to “5” stars. Thank you Tammie, from a Hilton Lifetime Diamond VIP Hilton Honors member!!

While driving back from a business meeting, I stayed in this facility this evening and was pleasantly surprised how nice everything was. When I walked through the doors, I was greeted by the assistant, general manager, Jeanne Mercer, who was most pleasant in checking me in, and insured that all of my questions were answered. My room was very clean and had a great view. I highly recommend this facility

Cannot complain. Picked our room but I don't think we got the one I wanted, but this room was just as wonderful. Same location just opposite sides. Quite, end of hall. Room was clean. Bed was very comfortable. Just miss the daily bed making and clean towels. Its just a pain to request towels each day. If the sheets would stay on the bed, I wouldn't have a problem with no room cleaning service. Front desk was friendly. Had a slight issue with kids running down the stairwell which was located right next to our room. Sounded like a stampede. I just menetioned to the front desk and we never heard another peep. There was a baseball team staying that night so I'm sure it was those kiddos. The other days it was so quite. Very nice hotel would definiely stay again and would recommend. Pretty decent neighborhood. Tanger outlet mall and plenty of places to eat close by. Hotel breakfast was 'hotel' breakfast. Can't complain there either. Eggs, biscuits, fruit. The norm. Thanks for a wonderful stay.
